How does the free trial work?

Sign up for either ProStores eCommerce solution and pay no subscription fee for the first month. There's no set up fee and no long-term contract, and you can cancel at any time.

If you make any sales on your web store, you will have to pay ProStores Successful Transaction Fees and any fees from third party payment processing services.

How do the eBay PowerSeller Bonus Offers work?

After the free trial period, every month you maintain the relevant PowerSeller status you will receive the discounted subscription rate or subscription fee waiver.

If you lose your PowerSeller status, you will pay the standard subscription fees.

If you then regain your PowerSeller status, you will once again enjoy the subscription discount or waiver.

What if I need technical support?
All ProStores eCommerce solutions customers get access to online help, priority email support, and 24/7 toll-free phone technical support.
Can I use my own domain name for my ProStores web store?
Yes. You can register a new web address — or transfer one you already own — and we’ll cover your annual registration fee for the first year.* Or you can simply point a Web address you have registered elsewhere at your ProStores Web Store for no additional fee.
Is it possible to import or convert web store inventory from another online store or my retail store POS system?
Yes. If your product catalog and inventory can be exported from your current web store or offline POS system into a spreadsheet file, you can then easily reformat and import the file into your ProStores web store.

One-year Free Dedicated Domain Registration. Offer limited to one free one-year domain name registration per ProStores account. Includes waiver of annual domain name registration fee for one year. Thereafter, domain registration will be automatically renewed at the rate of $8.95 per year. Private domain name registration can be added for $10 and will renew at a price of $18.95/year. Offer expires 30 days from date of ProStores signup.

eBay PowerSeller Discount. Following the free trial subscription period, qualifying eBay PowerSellers will receive a discount of 30% off the ProStores Monthly Subscription Fee. To qualify for this discount, you must be a current eBay Bronze or Silver PowerSeller on the day you receive your monthly ProStores account statement.

eBay PowerSeller Monthly Subscription Fee Waiver. Includes waiver of Monthly Subscription Fee only until your August 2010 bill. Starting in August, qualifying eBay PowerSellers will receive a discount of 30% off the ProStores Monthly Subscription Fee. Successful Transaction Fee of 0.5% still applies. To qualify for this offer, you must be a current eBay Gold, Platinum, or Titanium PowerSeller on the day you receive your monthly ProStores account statement.
