How does the free trial work?

You can sign up for any ProStores eCommerce solution tier and pay no subscription fee for the first month. There's no set up fee and no long-term contract, and you can cancel at any time.

If you make any sales on your Web store, you will have to pay ProStores Successful Transaction Fees and any fees from third party payment processing services.

What if I need technical support?
All ProStores eCommerce solutions customers have access to online help and priority email support. ProStores Business, Advanced and Enterprise merchants have access to 24/7 toll-free phone technical support.
Can I use my own domain name for my ProStores Web store?
Yes. With ProStores Business tier and above, register a new Web address – or transfer one you already own – and we'll cover your annual registration fee for the first year. Add a dedicated Web store address to ProStores Starter for just $8.95.
Is it possible to import or convert Web store inventory from another online store or my retail store POS system?
Yes. If your product catalog and inventory can be exported from your current Web store or offline POS system into a spreadsheet file, you can then easily reformat and import the file into your ProStores Web store.
