Frequently Asked Questions

How long will it take to get my store set up and designed?: The time it takes to complete the project is greatly affected by how quickly you provide the information we will need to set up your store. From the time you provide all of the necessary content and information, we can usually have your store set up and ready for your review in about two weeks.
Can I customize the design template?: Certain elements of many of our design templates can be altered – such as the color scheme, background colors and in some cases the template images or graphics.
Can you help me get all of my products uploaded to my store?: Yes, this is included with the Pro Setup Plus package. Once we get a few products and categories into your store, we can send you a standard upload spreadsheet for you to fill out.
If you have this information available in an electronic format, you can cut and paste your information into the spreadsheet. We will then review the file for proper formatting and upload it for you.
The package includes one hour for review of the file. If we exceed that time, additional charges may be incurred.
